Overview
TokenToko is a members network for pooling AI usage: members contribute unused subscription capacity to a shared pool, mint API keys, and route requests across pooled accounts, on a best-effort basis. TokenToko is not an AI or LLM provider — the models, their outputs, availability, rate limits, token metering and pricing are controlled by the underlying providers, not by us. Free, Pro ($10/month) and Overflow plans apply as shown on our pricing page.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You authorise us to route your requests and, on your chosen plan, to share your contributed subscription capacity within the pool.

Account responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys, for your prompts, inputs and outputs, and for ensuring your use is consistent with your own agreements with the providers. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the providers terms and policies.

Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for your own legitimate use only. Do not generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content, circumvent provider safety systems, security controls or rate limits, or resell or expose pooled capacity outside the service or use it to build a competing pooling service.

Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, its software and branding. You keep your inputs and, as between you and us, your outputs, subject to the providers terms. Provider names, logos and models belong to them and are referenced only for compatibility and description.

Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available, on a best-effort basis, and we can make mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for provider-controlled matters (token amounts, metering, limits, suspensions, model outputs or changes) or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the prior three months or USD 50.
