Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses TokenToko: account holders, team members, and the computers and agents that connect with API keys or join tokens. If you run an agent with TokenToko, you are responsible for what the agent does.
1. Use only subscriptions you may use
In short: your own subscriptions, or ones their holder let you connect.
Connect only subscriptions that are yours, or that their holder has allowed you to connect.
Don’t connect a subscription you obtained through fraud, stolen payment details or someone else’s identity.
Don’t sign in to a provider on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
2. Follow your provider’s rules
In short: TokenToko doesn’t change what your provider allows.
Follow the terms, usage policies and limits of each provider whose subscriptions you use, including their rules on sharing an account and on who may use it.
Share a subscription with your team only where its provider’s terms allow that use.
Don’t use TokenToko to get around a ban, suspension or restriction a provider placed on you or on an account.
Don’t use TokenToko to get around a provider’s safety systems, content filters, abuse detection or sign-in checks.
Don’t create provider accounts in bulk, or automate sign-up or sign-in, to add capacity. Every subscription must be connected by a person signing in.
The content rules of your provider apply to everything you send through TokenToko. For Claude, that is Anthropic’s Usage Policy.
3. Share only through your team or the network
In short: your pool is for you, your team and TokenToko’s network features, not for resale.
Don’t sell, rent or give access to your pool, your subscriptions or your API keys to anyone outside your team, except through TokenToko’s network features.
Don’t run a service that gives other people access to AI models through your TokenToko pool or through network capacity.
Invite people to your team only if they belong to it, for example colleagues or contractors working for you.
4. Network and credits
In short: earn credits honestly and share only what you may share.
Share a subscription with the network, or connect it on the Free plan, only if its provider’s terms allow other people to use it.
Don’t create accounts, computers or usage to earn credits, and don’t move credits between teams by tricks.
Don’t try to find out whose subscription served your requests, or whose requests ran on yours.
Don’t use network capacity for anything the provider of the subscription it runs on doesn’t allow.
5. Protect keys, tokens and computers
In short: secrets stay secret.
Keep API keys, join tokens and pairing codes secret. Don’t put them in public code, issues or chats.
Don’t copy a subscription token out of a computer to use it elsewhere.
Don’t extract, keep or reuse a token your computer received for another user’s subscription.
Don’t copy a computer’s TokenToko identity to another computer. Connect each computer separately.
If you think a key, token or computer was exposed, revoke it in the dashboard straight away and tell us at security@tokentoko.ai.
6. Don’t attack or abuse the Service
In short: don’t break, probe or overload TokenToko.
Don’t try to access accounts, teams, tokens or data that aren’t yours.
Don’t probe, scan or test the security of TokenToko, except as allowed under our Security page.
Don’t overload the Service, for example with automated requests far beyond normal use.
Don’t interfere with other users, with our servers or with our update and download services.
Don’t decompile or reverse engineer our software, except where the law allows it.
Don’t send malware through TokenToko or use it to control systems you aren’t allowed to control.
7. Use TokenToko lawfully
In short: no illegal use.
Don’t use TokenToko for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or to help someone else do so.
Don’t use TokenToko from a country under comprehensive sanctions, or for a person on a sanctions list.
8. What we do when something is wrong
In short: we act in proportion to the risk, and tell you when we can.
If we reasonably believe someone breaks this policy, we may remove access to a subscription, revoke keys or computers, suspend a team or close an account. We act in proportion to the risk, and we tell you first and let you fix the problem where we reasonably can. If a provider tells us an account was misused, we may share relevant information with that provider as our Privacy Policy allows.
To report misuse, write to support@tokentoko.ai. To report a security problem, write to security@tokentoko.ai.
